My brother and I visted Vermont over Easter to squeeze in one more spring ski trip while there was still some good snow. I have stayed at multiple B&B's over the years, but Stone Boat Farm was leaps and bounds above all of them. The main house is breathtaking and each guest room is impeciably decorated and most importantly, super... More

I visited Stone Boat Farm with my family to explore all Vermont had to offer. The trip was amazing, and I wish I could have stayed longer! The property was decorated with amazing lights for Christmas that made the home feel warm and inviting as well as festive! The rooms were decorated with personality and were extremely clean. It was... More

We visited Stone Boat Farm just before Christmas. From the minute we pulled up we knew we could not have chosen a lovelier place to stay. The entire property was festively decorated. The rooms were beautifully appointed (and immaculate!). The main house was so fantastically decorated; Jeff and Joe (the owners) could be decorators to the stars. Apart from the... More

This was the first vacation that my family had taken since my daughters became adults and we acquired a son-in-law - and it surpassed all expectations! The accommodations were beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, private, and had more than we needed. Our rooms even had cable TV. The breakfasts were sumptuous. Everyday's breakfast was different and delicious with enough variety to... More

The morning breakfast was the highlight of our stay -- although the beautiful property, cozy rooms, and friendly owners all made it great! We will definitely be back, and hope to make this an annual tradition. We loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere at the bed and breakfast, and the convenience of driving 15 minutes to Manchester for great shopping... More

What a beautiful setting, and the new owners are fantastic. Many renovations and more seem to be coming. This is the place to go for relaxation, hiking,or a country drive, with small unique shops 30 to 45 minutes away. There is even a small pond on the property that you might catch a fish , swim or paddle around for... More

The new owners couldnt be more friendly and accomodating. They have really spruced up the common room and the breakfasts they cook are delicious. They are in the process of changing the room decorations and the bathroom amenities are all "green" products. All new towels are in place also. The grounds are great to walk or hike on. There is... We had a wonderful time, it was a great deal especially considering the price! Nice trails behind the buildings, looks like it would be beautiful in the summer.

The new owners are friendly but didn't provide as much information or guidance about local activities as we had hoped. There was a binder in our room with information prepared by the previous owners, but it all seemed to be about 5 years out of date. The beds, which were comfortable, weren't made each day, which seemed odd to us.... More

Joe and Jeffrey are incredibly nice hosts and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, while it is clean and nicely furnished, I found the room to be very small almost claustrophobic. The breakfast was nice, the quiche very tasty, and the common room is really cozy. The big minus of this place, in addition to the room size, is that... More
