My wife Trish and I really enjoyed our all too brief stay at the Water's Edge B&B. The accomodations were perfect, the food delicious and Pat felt like an old friend after only 5 minutes. The dogs were an added bonus!

We went newport as part of our annual foliage tour. The b&b is well constructed, tasteful and comfortable-almost luxurious. The service was absolutely wonderful along with the very tasteful breakfasts. The room was large, very well decorated & clean. Also had a huge bathroom. And this was not the suite. The location was magnificent right by the lake in a quiet, clean, well-kept neighborhood.

The B&B is in a great location right on the lake. Views are spectacular! We rented a small pontoon boat from the marina in town so we could cruise around the US side of the lake (which goes into Canada - bring your passport!). The house is beautiful with lots of windows, and Pat has two St. Bernards to keep...
