I'm an Elite rewards member but this is the first time I ever received a welcome pack for being one. They have a well stocked beverage area and was even complimentary soup in the lobby upon arrival. Two hours later there was cookies. The breakfast was delicious and lots of selections. More

When I go out on business, I usually lean towards Springhill Suites over Courtyard. In this case, this was a personal trip, but the result was the same as I chose this over a closer Courtyard property.
