I know I should have never accepted a smoking room,as the fact I do not smoke. My nephew made the reservation and said something about putting a air cleaner in there before we arrived. Well needless to say that wasn't done. It didn't help any when it was placed in there. The bed linens and everything still smelled of smoke.... More

Stayed two nights. The location is great ! The rooms are a bit plain, but good size and clean. Nice balcony on lakefront rooms. Very good value for the money. Great for boaters with two large ramps into Kerr lake nearby (1 mile). The hotel should add dock space as nearly everyone staying here brought a boat. Good trailer parking.... More

I was in Clarksville just 2 days after their LARGE annual "Lakefest" had ended, so the town was pretty much empty. The BW on the Lake had about only 10 rooms occupied, in fact, in the back building (lake view) we were the only occupants. The 2-Queen room had coffee maker, fridge, M/W, wet bar sink & "bar" stools, table/chairs,... More

We spent 2 nights in Clarksville for a quiet weekend getaway. The room had a small frig and microwave and 2 queen beds.It wasn't fancy but we found everything very clean. The cont. breakfast wasn't great but there is a McDonalds at the end of the parking lot. The hotel is on the lake but none of the rooms really face... More

First thing when I got to the hotel they tried to charge me more than my confirmation had as the total call. The lady behind counter was very rude to me and even other hotel attendees said that she was rude. The room smelled and was just an old hotel. Breakfast was horrible, stale food, small plates, horrible cearel choice... More

Hotel is in a nice location on the water. You can pay an extra $20 for a waterfront room, but it probably isn't worth it. Bed was reasonable. Internet connection dropped out constantly. Talked to the (very helpful) desk, they said the wireless signal runs down the hall, and the rooms in the middle didn't have the best connections. Why... More

We stayed 3 nites (during 4th of July weekend) at this hotel and it was pretty nice. Decent size room, clean. Great pool (not that big though), clean and good temp. It has beautiful surroundings and the staff was nice. Recommended and we would stay there again! More
