So enjoyed our stay at this hotel located around the corner from the Central Plaza and town center. The rooms and grounds were absolutely beautiful. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and very welcomed. More

For the solo traveler or a family who is new to Nicaragua or returning and looking for a reasonably priced location to stay - Casa San Francisco is "THE PLACE" in Granada. It did not disappoint. From the initial warm greeting at the reception to the recommendations and organizing of the sites to see and all the way to the... More

A friend of mine who had been in the Peace Corps raved about this unique B&B in Granada, the oldest city in the Americas. She said that one of the owners of the place had also been in the Peace Corps and had traveled the world with Grenada as her grand finale. When she told me it would knock my... More

This hotel has many things going for it. Quality of rooms, cleanliness, location, and value. Perhaps its most distinguishing feature is the helpfulness of its staff. Guest or not, the staff were very willing, and able, to provide advice and support for all aspects of your time in Granada and travel in Nicaragua. Definitely worth a return visit. More

Spent two nights here on our whilrwind tour of Nica. This was our last two nights and it was absolutely great. Last minute they had to switch us over to the annex just around the corner because they were busy. We got an upgraded more private room and did not get charged extra. We had an almost private pool and... More

Began our trip in Nicaragua at Casa San Francisco, Granada, Nicaragua. Charming, colorful outdoor spaces. Nice bed and beautifully tiled bathroom open to the outdoors. Shuttered windows and AC. Excellent food. Front desk help welcoming and very helpful with tours and restaurant recommendations. More

We spent five nights at the hotel in early April. It's a very welcoming and relaxing place. Our room was simple, well decorated, with nice bedding. The AC was cold. We didn't spend much time in the room, as we were busy exploring Granada, but when we did, it was just fine. The pool area is small, but very refreshing... More

I recently spent two nights at the Casa San Fransisco at the end of a three week stay in Granada. There are many small, charming hotels in the city, but Casa San Fransisco has the distinction of having a wonderful restaurant that is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service is quite slow but if you're not... More

I spent four nights at this small boutique hotel is nicely located in the wonderful city of Granada. Wonderful outside courtyard area with lovely tropical plantings. The well priced rooms are comfortable and air conditioned. There is a small restaurant that provides a very nice complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also served and are very well prepared. The service... More

We spent just one night here during our travels, but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the restaurant was great. It's close to the main plaza in town, but not so close that you have to deal with all the noise and traffic. We opted for an "economy" room... More
