great customer service... they did what ever it took to ensure that i could get a early check in ... even the gm when to clean the room ... she proved tha no title is oo good for great customer service ... two thumbs up ...

Hotel is in bad need of a good cleaning. Both chairs in my room have sheets on them because of stains, shower rod is falling down. Front desk is helpful and service is good. Fairly good value for the rate.

We were in the area for girls Basketball tournament in Boo Williams. Service was great and met all of my expectations, the irks had a great time in the pool and the breakfast was very good. The manager and staff were very supportive and assisted us with all of our requests, I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel physical structure was well maintained. Hotel staff were all very pleasant. Continental breakfast was also good. The room had a funky incense-like smell that overwhelmed a bit but didn't drive you out. Did not stay long enough to take advantage of the pool or weight training facilities. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi was adequate.
