Our impression here is very negative! We made an appointment with the owner to meet in a plaza, and the host cell phone was off!!! It was snowing and freezing and we didn't have the address to GPS (cuz the host didn't provide it!) we spent almost an hour keep calling and trying to find it! (Thank God TomTom found... More

Dear Customer, You did report that I did cheat you with prices because were higher then advertised and this made you very uncomfortable (who did push you to reserve this unwilled price? Did someone hide the price?) You were perfectly informed about the price mentioned on my email and you did agree and everything was perfectly clear for both of... More

We've just spent two weeks in Puglia with one week using Alberobello as our base. We found the owner Flavio to be really personable, welcoming and friendly. He even took us on a walking tour of Alberobello on our arrival which helped us get our bearings for all the important places e.g. supermarket, recommended delicatessan, baker, butcher, bank etc... as... Stayed here for a night last week and couldn't have asked for a better situation. Was traveling solo and had more than enough room in my trullo, which was very clean, comfortable and cool. The thing that made this experience stand out from other trips I've taken though was the service extended by the owner, Flavio! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and... More

Trulli are the symbols of Puglia. A perfect starting point in getting to know the region. The owner Flavia Colotta is very hospitable and enthousiastic. He makes you feel you are truly welcome and is prepared to advise and help his guests in any way. An unforgettable experience. Iris and Loek from The Netherlands.

Had always wanted to see the trulli so it was great to be able to actually stay in one! The space is very pleasant and updated in a very nice way. In trullo Lucio we had a living/dining room with kitchenette, a small bedroom and nice bathroom. The windows are small but the space feels surprisingly bathed in light. We... More

Flavio was such a great host and the accommodation was everything we could have hope for. We stayed in Studio Elenora and found it was spacious enough for the two of us, very clean and comfortable. Having self catering facilities was also very handy. Alberobello was a lovely (and magical) place to base ourselves in and was only a small... More

Staying in a trulli where your bathroom was originally a horse's stable is bewitching. The room is comfortable with kitchen amenities and church bells chiming that Italy is awaiting outside your door. Flavio is a charming and gracious host (with excellent English). He took us to a cheese shop where each sample was more mouthwatering than the previous, a bakery... More

Look no further if you want an authentic, personal stay in trulli-crazy Alberobello that is conveniently situated to discover Puglia. We stayed a week in the Cummersa Eleonora, a studio that is small but has it all; a kitchen, an outdoor sitting area and a view. It's also really nicely decorated. Flavio is the perfect host who goes out of... More

During our round trip to Puglia, we spent one night in a typical trulli with my 3 french friends. Flavio was really kind to get us a small tour of Alberobello. We taste typical sweet food of Alberobello and we spent a really nice time there! Thanks a lot Flavio! We will recommend you to our friends who want to... More

Flavio speaks excellent English and provides great service. Our room had sufficient space and amenities including a small private garden. Good parking and location. Mrs. Manuala helped us settle in and showed us around the area. If you're staying for more than a day you should bring your own items such as soap, paper, etc. Great spot for a holiday.
