Stumbled into this place by accident and was blown away by it's charm. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it is full of charm. Very spacious. The communal areas take up most of the ground floor and are HUGE. Table tennis tables, pool table, places to sit and relax it has it all! The apartments were great.... More

What a great choice Antico Pastificio turned out to be. Our group of 2 couples stayed in the large 3 brm Mercantino apartment - 3 private ensuites, kitchen (but who cooks when you are on holiday!) and sitting area - no balcony unfortunately but there was an extensive balcony with chairs/tables downstairs. Garden and grounds in general were immaculately kept... More

We onkly stayed two nights at the Pasta Factory in Greve In Chianti, but we wished we could have stayed longer. It was probably one of the best and memorable places that we have stayed at during our three week trip in Italy. Fanastic value for money, huge room, swimming pool (it was 38 degrees when we were there), and... More

We found this Hotel very well appointed and close to the main square in Greve but far enough away to be very quiet. The room was very clean and huge, the only complaint was the bathroom was a bit dark and we would have liked a mirror in the room. We found Monica most helpful when we enquired about sightseeing... I stayed at Antico for a couple of nights while attending a wedding in nearby town. The hotel was full of character and in the perfect location..while all wedding guests stranded up the hills! The town has excellent restaurants & cafes and is exactly what I expected. The hotel is basic but clean and simple decor however some stunning pieces... More

We stayed at the Anitico Pastificio for 7 days over Easter. We had the Burrato aparment, on the ground floor with our own gazebo and outdoor table. While it was lovely in the garden when the weather was warm, being inside was like being in a cave... ,dusty, very cold and quite dark with an extremely uncomfortable and creaky bed.... More

This vacation property is a really great as a base to explore the region. It is a half-hour away from Florence by car (there is also a bus). The apartments are well-maintained, very spacious. There is a swimming pool and a billiard room. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The property is next to the main square of Greve,... More

The Antico Pastificio is located centre of Greve in Chianti. The Hotel provides self-contained apartments. We stay threr tow nights. Our apartment was big enough for bigger family. If I understand right, it was the only one which was free, we haven’t made reservation before. But the price was still suitable. We have lovely balcony, where we enjoy our breakfast.... More

This is a great place to stay, particularly for families. I stayed with my mum and one of her friends for a week, although they stayed considerably longer. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Greve, just a few steps from the main piazza. We were impressed with the building, the space, the gardens and the little pool.... More

We went to Greve for the annual wine festival, which occurs each September. If you are planning an Tuscan holiday in September, it is definitely worth attending. We found this hotel via TripAdvisor. The garden is lovely. The rooms are large. Monica, one of the owners, is a fabulous host. When we arrived, she had organised drinks for all the... More
