We stayed here over Easter for 5 nights & enjoyed a wonderful break. Our superior room was typically Spanish & kept very clean. However, the beds are hard & uncomfortable & definitely need new mattresses. The bathroom was spacious, very clean & had a great shower over the bath. The balcony was of a good size with a pretty sea... More

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last 10 years and stayed in May for 7 nights having booked the hotel directly. When we arrived at 10pm they did not appear to have a record of our booking although I had sent an e-mail re-confirming my booking and giving the time of arrival. The hotel was just... More

Just got back from a 4 night stay. We booked the Hotel through Booking.com double room with a balcony and views of Fuengerola. The Receptionist was not unpleasant but for a while refused a room with a view. I had taken the print out with me and as my partner pointed out the Hotel has a contract with Booking.com. We got... More

I was intrigued by the reviews of this hotel when I booked it because many were very good, but a significant number were poor. Now I know why! We arrived by taxi and had no problems finding the hotel and I thought, WOW! - it looked like the sort of place I'd expect footballers to stay at: hidden in a... More

while this is indeed a very nice spanish hotel its a hotel with a difference.as my husband has slight walking difficulties this was very unsuitable.its almost hidden down a dipped road out of sight.the layout is confusing to say the least.upside down i,d say.as we went seemingly at the quiet time things were a bit slack.there was no entertainment and... Four of us stayed here for 5 nights. Pleasantly surprised that such a large hotel could be so quaint. Fitted into the whitewashed village perfectly. Our standard double rooms were on level 1 and we stepped out onto tiled terrace and lawned area facing the coastline. Bedroom and bathroom good size and kept very clean. Dark wood furniture totally in... More

Difficult to imagine a large hotel would fit in such a small pretty mountain village, but it does perfectly. Built into hillside so there are 5 terraced floors, a large pool, tennis court and secure underground parking. 5 min walk into centre of village. Hire a car and explore marbella, benalmadena pueblo, grenada etc. Superb buffet breakfast -cooked, breads, patisserie,... More

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff in the reception. Bartender could use a smile course. Rooms are small and old fashioned. You can have limited sea view for a fee. Within walking distance to bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. You can enjoy the great view down to the sea from the breakfast restaurant. Hotel elevation is +400 msl. Have stayed there... More

We have just spent six nights in the above hotel, which for our purpose we found to be fine, the rooms were clean and functional, the hotel had lounges in which to sit and relax, the restaurant which served buffet style breakfast and eveneing meal was very good, with lots of choice, if one downside was mentioned it would have...
