Reception - open all hours (receptionists seen (3 different ones) had a good english language skill and offered info requested. not amazing service, but not bad either. Cleaning of rooms very bad, the beds much too hard and the woman receptionist looked half asleep! This is not a hotel we would recommend! The childrens pool was ok. The beds were so hard that we had problems with our back for many days after coming home.

We came here for the 2nd time with our family. Still great value for money although this yeqar prices went up a bit. It was also more crowded in may than last year. Probably I will go again next year....
