The views of Deia are great. It is a short walk from the hotel in to town where there are some nice restaurants. The sun umbrellas by the pool are concreted in place so it's hard to get shade when you want it. Air conditioning not operating during my stay which was a problem, they had heating on instead.

We went mainly because of the Michelin Guide rating - and we were definitely not disappointed. The hotel is not a modern five-star fancy place: what they offer is better (and somehwat more casual). What a fantastic find in a fabulous location. Such a peaceful, welcoming hotel a must for the discerning traveller. Close to a delightful village full of delicious restaurants. So peaceful. Can't wait to return.
