This small hotel in a historic building used to be a hospital for pilgrims en route to Santiago de Compostela. Next door is a convent, and a Cistercian monastry which was an important stopping place for the pilgrims. Nowadays it is a quiet and peaceful place for a stay to visit Astorga and Leon.
