We plumped for Hotel Playa Sol as it had such good reviews here and it did not disappoint! A really lovely hotel in a fantastic location with the most amazing views of Cadaques. A lovely buffet breakfast served until 11am so good if you like a lie in. It is well worth paying the extra for a sea view. More

Small room, but beautifully decorated, quiet and immaculately clean. Bed was super comfortable. Our quoted price included breakfast which was buffet style with an ample selection, served in a nicely decorated dining room with a fabulous view of the little harbor of Cadaques. We stayed here in may 2010 in a refurbished sea view room. We did not book merely turned up in cadaques and loved the look of the hotel. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and what a view! Don't be put off by the grim Benidorm-style name so evocative of 1960's package tourism...
