The staff is very unfriendly and rough! We arrived at 2015 and the first phrase was "you are our last guest and sure making trouble"...bar not open, restaurant only for eating therefore nothing to drink....an absolut desaster....

Great location, very clean, good service. A minus for a 4* hotel - all the furniture is Ikea, poor quality. Looks cheap. But the view makes up for it all. The temp was -20 and in the room the temperature was very plesant.
