very bad stay! we are surprised about the time between the Gants Hill underground and the hotel it takes more than 15 minutes contrary to that we saw on the website effectively we passed in front of the valentine's park but it as much far as they said! I stayed in this hotel with my family.On arrival we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff, check in was done very quicky.We were given a nice,tidy and comfortable room which was cleaned on a daily basis.I was quite happy with the hotel's breakfast.Supermarkets and good restaurants couple of minutes walk away.I would definitely recommend this hotel. More

I stayed in this hotel for one night recently. It is far off from the city and worst service. I booked this hotel only because, it was cheap with free Breakfast and WLAN. Let me thank you for your time to make your comments. Our Hotel is situated in Ilford which by train or metro normally takes 15 to 20 min ride to Olympic City Stratford. I was staying in this hotel from 23-3-2012 until 26-3-2012. The hotel is not located very well and is about a twenty minute walk from either Ilford train station or Gants Hill Underground Station.
