We stayed at the hotel as we were going to Legoland the location was great. BUT the room had no heating, we were given a broken heater, no repair attempt was made as no log of the issue was made so they gave us another heater which as a bit better but was still not up to keeping the room...

This hotel was booked as part of a deal through Chessington Holidays which also included two days for the price of one in the theme park and zoo.

Just returned from a 3-night Legoland break. Great base for Legoland, aprox 30 mins drive to park. Hotel rooms spacious even with sofabed up and both beds comfy. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stayed in Holiday Inn for a few weeks and found staff very good. The hotels bar is expensive but there are local places to go if required. Food I sampled was as good as any. Would go back.

Great location for Legoland. Comfy beds, rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast included and very wide variety. All staff helpful and polite. Car parking included in deal.

Try somewhere else! The reception staff were unable to help me obtain urgent medical assistance when required and then I was rudely confronted by a waiter who insisted, loudly, that there was only one person in our twin room when we both went down for breakfast. Once this was sorted out, he refused to serve us coffee. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I had to stay in Woking on business for an extended time and the H.I. is a short walk to my office.
All I can say about the holiday in Woking is it is just a place to stay.
