The staff was very friendly; The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with very nice furniture. The internet access was excellant. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and very good. Check in and out was very efficient and easy. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roanoke, Virginia.

We stay at Hampton Inn over all other property brands but we may have to rethink this loyalty. The property us just okay; nothing special. I am a frequent guest at Hampton Inns. This Inn exceeds expectations; clean, friendly staff, free full hot breakfast was exceptional. I love the idea of hot cookies and a hot cup of tea for an evening snack!

Very convenient from route 81. Accomodations were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area especially if you are driving from Florida to anywhere in the northeast.

Stayed at this hotel, located near I-81, north of Roanoke one night. The bathroom towels were paper thin and gray, when I complained I was given more paper thin towels with stains! That's all they have, I was told! The hotel was $125.00 for the night, for old thin towels, I wont stay there again!
