The rooms were good and overall comfortable. The location is nice since it is near the subway. The shower was cold one night, but that problem seemed to clear up. Free was a very welcoming concierge, and I found the customer service to be overall, very good.

This hotel is in a great location. Good value for money. It Has a Pool and fitness room. Continental breakfast is only fruit, muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal packages , coffee and tea. Attentive,friendly staff. Would stay here again.

I really enjoy staying in this hotel when I visit Springfield. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean, the TVs are all updated and hdmi capable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Margie and Lydia are always happy to help. The hotel itself is quiet and located conveniently near to shopping and eateries as well as the metro.

I always come back here when I want a good nights sleep. I stayed for one week and the front desk attendants were helpful in every way possible, especially Victor. My room was clean, and the breakfast spread is good for someone like me on the go! As always I would recommend this place to everyone!
