The hotel had an old-fashioned popcorn machine which the kids were thrilled about. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. The hot breakfast included Biscuits and Gravy, which I hadn't seen in a comfort inn before. Delicious.

Easy on and off from I-81, which is a plus on a long drive. Hotel definitely is showing its age. Carpet in our room badly needs to be replaced, or at very least a thorough shampooing. Check in was easy, although the desk clerk was over the top hyper. Missing tv remote, rooms very dated . Carpets are stained and VERY VERY DIRTY!!! My feet were so grungy feeling I had to wipe them down getting into an old lumpy bed with old flat pillows, what came off my feet from the floors was disgusting.

We were driving in a hurry from Nashville to Boston and found the Comfort Inn along the way, late at night. The check in clerk was kind and professional, the facilities clean and comfortable and the price was right. We didn't do breakfast as we were on the road again very quickly but if need arose would stay there again.
