From the moment of check in, the staff were friendly and kind. The lobby is open, spacious, and has great views of the ocean. Rooms are very nice with great views. Lobby was being renovated so cannot comment. Indoor pool small but usable. Hot tub a bit close so you could get splashed. Staff extremely friendly.
