Four Sails is one of the older time shares and it is very very small. The parking is horrible. Only a small number of spaces on the first floor and there are posts between all the spaces. We have had a time share here for years now....great place...lots of upgrades recently...nothing better than looking our your window and seeing a school of dolphins! This resort was a great find for us. Wonderful location on the boardwalk with several really good places to eat close by. Room was a little dated but well maintained and spotless just like the rest of the property. Very comfortable with balconies on both the ocean and street side to capture the sun throughout the day.
