I am a Hilton Diamond member, I visit Williamsburg every year - This is a nice property but I noticed this year the rooms are not quite as well maintained as I have seen in the past. There are many tour groups that use this hotel so I am sure it takes a beating - The front desk crew is... More

Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast had many choices and was good. Manager's reception was a plus. As long as the quality and price remains there, we will visit again. More

This was my families third stay at this property. Overall the rooms are on the smaller side for an Embassy. The bathroom is in the front of the suite so if you are using the pullout for sleeping you have to go through the living room to get to the bathroom. Not big deal but different. The hotel does offer... More

Our family (four adults, 2 children) stayed April 27th and 28th. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. The suite was great for us. There was plenty of room. The staff was terrific all around. The morning breakfasts were better than most restaurants ... cooked to order eggs, etc. The evening reception with snacks, drinks, etc. was a nice... More

Thank you for your recent comments about your stay with us. The room type that you had is fairly limited at our property and I am glad that you were able to enjoy one of them during your stay. Certainly for larger families, the two bedroom/two bath is the way to go. Thanks also for the comments about breakfast. I... More

Breakfast buffet was everyhing you could ask for. Reaaly enjoyed out stay. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. 2 bathrooms and very clean. Only problem during the whole stay was no... Thank you for your response to TripAdvisor. You are correct that those dates were very busy for us. That was the second week of Spring Break, so we were sold out during your stay. I am pleased to see you rated your suite a 5 for cleanliness and for sleep quality, while stating that your room was quite despite the... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a Spring Break trip with the kids. We stayed for 4 nights. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell this hotel is top-notch. There was no wait at the front desk to check-in unlike at some other Williamsburg hotels. We were checked in right away, got a welcome bag... More

Took my kids to Busch Gardens for Spring Break and spent 3 nights. This is an older and smaller Embassy Suites than most others we've stayed at previously including the one 20 mins south of this property in Hampton. However, the location is perfect to local restaurants, the outlet malls and only 10 min drive to Busch Gardens. The front... More

We came to Williamsburg as a family to see my daughter compete in a cheerleading competition at Williams and Mary College. Our room was clean and well appointed with two double beds in the bedroom and a pull out couch in the main area. Additionally, there is a microwave and small fridge as well as a sink and small coffee... More

I have stayed here with my family about 4 times now and we really love it! It has got to have the best breakfast out there, always a treat. The ladies who make the omlets in the morning are always friendly and make excellent food! It is also really great to eat free cocktails and snacks every evening. The rooms... More
