The hotel was clean and met our needs. Only complaint we have was they had canceled our reservation even though we had prepaid for the room. Someone with the same last name as ours canceled their room so they canceled ours as well. After about 30 frustrating minutes they straightened everything out. The price was good compared to others around. More

This is your basic hotel, clean rooms, great location. We stayed on the fifth floor, no smoke smells there. You will hear the trains at night. Nice size room. Very nice at the front desk, helpful and answered all questions. Walking distance to shops and food. More
