Room was clean and in good condition. Would love to see the pool upgraded to heated so it could be open year round. Breakfast was decent, big dining area to eat in. Only problem we encountered was the rudeness of some of the other guest, but that is not the fault of the hotel. If you are looking for a... More

I called the 800 number and booked a king room for one night and then called the hotel confirm reservation like I do anytime I stay somewhere. Well all seemed fine he confirmed my reservation I inquired about continental breakfast and we ended call. I remembered a couple hours later that I wanted to know what the full cost of... More

This hotel was a little tired, but covered all the basics. We got an amazing deal for our family of 6, in 2 double queen rooms, with breakfast included. It was clean and located well for the places we wanted to see in Virginia. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave were in our room. We were not living in there, just... More

We only spent around $35 a night since it was mainly for sleeping in at the end of a long day it suited our needs. The mini fridge wasn't really staying cold but the room was clean. Indoor swimming pool is seasonal and wasn't open during our stay. McDonald's next door within walking distance. More

If you plan to be out siteseeing all day and only use the room to sleep you will probably be OK. Hotel is in need of re-modeling but is still fairly clean. Free wifi in the room was a plus, extremely small bathroom was a minus. Almost non-exsistent cont. breakfast. Main complaint was that the walls and floors are very... More

A friend of ours told us about the pricing for this hotel and to save a few dollars for a couple of nights we booked it. The rates were 35 a night and I have stayed in nice places for that rate. As we pulled into the parking lot my face cringed. The parking lot was almost empty and the... More

A rundown, shabby excuse for a hotel!!! Indoor pool closed for the Winter!?! And even longer!!Now not scheduled to open until Memorial Day! Ridiculous!! Were not informed of this before arrival. Not told at arrival(Found sign on door)! Very rude employees at desk. Not informed of anything: (Breakfast, pool, nonworking jet tub in room #103, nonworking ice machines, nonworking elevators)... I made a reservation which I was told was non-refundable via the HoJo toll free line. After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was not afraid -- $32 per night, I was willing to deal with a value-priced room. I called the hotel after reading other reviews that the pool was closed -- not acceptable to my kids. Mike... More

WOW !!! I do not know where to start....My wife and I wanted a hotel for just 2 nights to do some shopping around Williamsburg. The man that checked us in was indifferent to my questions not answering any. THE ROOM 128, smell, water stains all over the ceiling, used Q-tips in the drawers, many stains on carpet, heater VERY... My wife choose this hotel mainly for the price, pool and breakfast. The room itself is average, having a smaller than average TV but therefore boasting a fridge. The beds harder than what I was used to from motels. The included breakfast was a joke. As previous reviewers remarked, it consists of: Kellogs Raisin Bran or Kellogs Frosted flakes, white... More
