I've stayed at this particular hotel several times because it is consistently superior to other hotels in the area. The location is excellent and there are convenient gas stations and fast food restaurants. The staff at this hotel is consistently competent and I have always had a comfortable and quiet room.

Stopped here on an expanded weekend getaway to the mountains of virginia, drive was pleasant, hotel centrally located near luray caverns, skyline drive, and the blue ridge mountain drive, charlotteville, virginia, hotel was clean and quiet, had room away from I-81 as back side of hotel faces it. Fantastic, clean, and friendly! We were on our way to graduation at JMU and found everything just perfect. We were able to get two rooms and felt lucky to be in close proximity to the University. Also, they did not raise their prices like the hotels in Harrisonburg did.

We had a one night stay in Woodstock on our recent trip with friends. This hotel was very new, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful in choosing a restaurant for dinner. This Hampton Inn offered a military discount. Breakfast was very good and nicely served.
