We were visiting relatives in Cheney and wanted a motel close to their home, this was a good choice as it was conveniently located, very clean and comfortable room, very friendly front desk staff with cookies and coffee available in the lobby. We booked arrived late hoping to find a room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and large. Basically, this is the only place to stay in Cheney as the other motel is right next to the train tracks and extremely noisy day and night ..
