Best staff, nice and clean everywhere. Have corner suites with wrap around windows, microwave, small frig and large Jacuzzi tub. Balconies, but you can't open the slider to use the balcony. Centrally located, right off I5, but no freeway noise. Very nice and large courtyard area with outdoor heaters, nice lounging, cushioned furniture. More

This courtyard has a new lobby and i like it. A special touch is that it has a firepalce right by the elevator. Upon check in I was offered a Marriott Points game where I picked a card and got a prize. I thought that was an excellent way to start the stay. The room I stayed in had a... More

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is the bed linens and towels need to be upgraded. The fitted sheets do not fit securely and the towels are as thin as dishtowels. Aside from this it was a very nice stay. More

The Marriott has upgraded their lobby and bistro. I would call it a modernistic, glitzy kind of approach. It does not feel very comfortable or inviting to me, rather kind of the opposite. The staff has changed quite a bit also. I don't understand their hiring strategy, but prefer not to say more. Hotel rooms are the same as always... More

First time staying hear and I do a lot of business in the Seattle/Olympia area. The Marriott Courtyard is a very good one by Courtyard standards. Good location to dinning, business and shopping. What puts this Marriott Courtyard over the top of the list is the staff. I visited during the massive storm and got stuck as flights were canceled.... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I am glad that my team and I were able to provide you with a memorable stay even under the circumstances of snow storm and citywide power outage. We live in Federal Way, but decided to have my daughters 10th birthday party here...the pool was really fun, and although the girls were partying loud way into the early hours of the morning, we got a very nice knock on the door from security to quiet things down...but he was really nice about it! We stayed here one night with our second stay being next door at the Hampton Inn, while this is a decent hotel there was nothing special about it either, although the lobby and front desk people were very nice, I thought the price was rather high for the room and area and would recommend the Hampton if you have a... Of course I am not going to compare it with Cedarbrook Lodge, the best one in Seattle inmy opinion so far, but this Marriot is pretty decent, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they give you free ride to the airport, some 15 minutes away. They also provided a free transfer everyday to the work event I was... More

Just staying for one night here. The new Courtyard Lobby look is done well here. I have been impressed by this new look ever since I saw it about a year ago. Well done Courtyard. This hotel has a practice in which the registration folks stand in front of their desks if they are not serving a guest. This way... More

Nicely located just off the freeway and free parking. Friendly front desk staff who helped with suggestions to restaurants just across the street (and map). Try the Pho Hoang Vietnamese food (see my review) and don't miss stopping by See's candy store for your free sample! The bed was a little to soft for my comfort and the freeway noise... More
