Location is great overlooking the beach. Bedding is good, with lots of pillows and comforter. Floors need shampooing and vacuuming is spotty. Light bulbs bare in ceiling. The lobby was not open when it was posted in the morning and the breakfast was not available as was posted. Needs new management and money invested in it.
