As other reviewers have noted, the best attributes of this Courtyard are its breakfast buffet, its staff and its indoor pool and jacuzzi. When I say average, I really mean average. The Lynnwood Courtyard is a perfectly reasonable, practical choice if you need to stay in the area. Something entirely functional isn't really enjoyable, though. I would stay here again if the price is right, but wouldn't miss it otherwise. My husband and I travel to Lynnwood 3-5 times a year. I book online at Priceline.com so the room rate is always very good $ 45-$55 a night, we stay here every time we are in Lynnwood. Having not stayed in many hotels my expectations and standards are somewhat high. The Courtyard Marriott in Lynnwood excelled in most areas to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went all out to make sure our stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was off to the side and a little crowded. I guess everyone wanted to be in this nice location. It was right off the freeway and a shoe in to Seattle. More
