The entire place smells like Asian food from the restaurant next door. The furniture is aesthetically pleasing, and the bed was totally clean, and we slept great! The toilet is very low to the ground, and the shower didn’t look very clean to me, so I chose not to shower in it. There were quite a lot of small stains on the wall. It’s totally fine if you’re staying for a night and just passing through.

The service, location and amenities were great! Close to Istiklal and Metro. Tasteful and comfortable. Mahsun is 10+ in his service. The spa is lovely as well as the lounge food being of good quality.

I used to enjoy this hotel, but something has happened lately. I DO NOT recommend it anymore. It's aging, but they used to care and keep it up nicely. This time, many things went wrong and two emails I sent to complain went unanswered. When I called them to follow up, the manager was condescending, rude, and he interrupted me and basically said I was lying about the AC and wifi not working. There are many other hotel options in Lynnwood at a similar price point, where you can have a good stay and not be treated like an inconvenience. Check out their reviews on Google lately - none of them are good. What a shame - but if they can't show good customer service, they deserve to lose business.

We stayed here for two nights while exploring Seattle. The room was nice and had all the admenities we needed - except for a well functionning WIFI. At times it did not work at all, which was a bit annoying. The reception is nice looking, and there's coffee there along with muffins in the morning. The location is good. Takes about 20 min to Seattle center. There are several restaurants just 15-20 min walk. The gym is very small, and right next to the reception for all to see - so we did not use it.

After spending the day with the family on the san juan islands I was excited to find a hotel that appeared nice for such a great deal. I called and notified them we would be checking in very late The elderly woman working the counter checked me in to my rooms and i went and got the family to come in. She ran up to us trying to take our key cards saying my service dog wasnt allowed. She then said to refund us and to go away. Then she called her son or nephew who arrived shortly after REEKING of alcohol. He came into the lobby and got right into my face trying to intimidate me saying "f*ck you" you know what your doing" When i asked him if he was drinking he said yeah i was at home before i came here He then continued to be vulgar towards us and then only refunded one room. He then ran to his car and sped through the parking lot leaving. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAFF IS ABYSMAL

This is easily one of the nicest non-chain (& it's family owned!) hotels I've found in the Northwest. It's always immaculately clean, the staff is professional, friendly, and dedicated. I've been working in the area for 9 months, and bounced around hotels looking for a decent place to stay, and couldn't believe I found this place! Affordable, and pound for pound much more comfortable than the big-chain competitors nearby.

This place was a God sent for me and my husband. We had reservations at a different hotel NOT this place, after check in and discovered it was a shady sketchy place. I called nearly a dozen places and so many were rude and intrested in helping me but the gentleman I spoke with here was wonderful so nice and accommodating the room was very nice. Just straight up amazing!!! We would go back in a heart beat

This hotel was THE PLACE, a couple generations ago. You can see the wear and tear, but some of the renovations are important to note, like laminate flooring in the rooms instead of worn out and dirty carpet. The bed was amazing and we slept great. It was quiet and the service was outstanding. The shower/bathtub had been updated recently. But the rest is no frills. We would stay there again because the hotel is not the destination; we just want a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

We made reservations as my husband was needing medical treatment for his cancer with a near by medical facility. We arrived an hour and half early after driving 4.5 hours not sure what traffic would be like but expected delays. When we arrived my husband needed to use the restroom, the front desk clerk informed us they didn't have bathrooms except in the rooms and since we arrived early they couldn't check us in. We have never had problems at other hotels in checking in a little early, and they all have had restrooms near the front desk. We tried to reason with our situation and the clerk would not budge. Needless to say I became furious and we stormed out in search for a place to use a restroom. We returned after 3pm and the clerk had cancelled our reservation. Never will we stay at this hotel international in Lynnwood Washington.

This is a family owned hotel. They are racist towards people of color. I have heard this already but I experienced this first hand. Do not go here they are very unprofessional and unreliable. The hotel is dirty and ran down but the price is not bad so I put up with it. My sister came to visit so I referred her to this hotel when she checked in she used my moms credit card on file which was fine. (They have the same last name) They require a higher deposit if the hold is put on a debit card so they allowed my sister to use the credit card but she did have a debit card on hand. In the morning they saw my sister and her boyfriend leave the hotel (both people of color) and upon returning to her room they told my sister she had to leave explaining that they should have never accepted a credit card under my moms name (same last name). Instead of offering to let my sister use her own card they were firm on insisting she can not stay there and said there are other hotels. They kept insisting their reasoning was because the credit card on file was not under my sisters name. However why was she not given the option to use her own? I asked them this and they he NO reason what so ever. They were clearly racially profiling my sister and her boyfriend. The worker who checked them in and arranged everything for them. It was not until the owner the next morning saw my sister and her boyfriend walk through the lobby did they decide that the credit card she provided would not suffice. The whole situation was very weird and I lost complete respect for this hotel and their owners. Also, my mother was on the phone with my sister as the hotel owners were yelling at her and treating her like absolute garbage. I am still quite shocked that this is how they treat people. Sometimes it is better to go corporate because this type of behavior would NEVER be tolerated .
