My family was excited to go to a country cabin for a Christmas retreat and spend time Snowboarding and Snowmobiling. Its too bad that the lodging didn't live up to our expectations. We rented Cabin #2 from -----------. We could hear rats in the walls, the place was full of cobwebs, the TV/DVD didn't work (and they wouldn't rectify the... More

This was an awesome place!! We walked in there after the last place we went to failed, and they had open rooms and could book us last minute. They were really nice, and the place we stayed was really big, and inexpensive. More

My new fiancee and good friends had booked what we had hoped would be a joyous weekend to ski and celebrate our recent engagement and all we got was an emotional and financial headache instead!! First time we went to use the hot tub the crappy after market hot tub cover lifter just buckled at a poorly designed stress point... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at a rental home managed by Mt. Baker Lodging in Maple Falls, WA. After the first night we discovered that we had slept in and were surrounded by mouse feces in our bed. Upon further inspection, we found mouse feces in all of the rooms and even in the kitchen on the counter tops! I... More

I recently stayed in snowline with Mt. Baker Lodging Inc. It could have been a lovely stay under different management. Unfortunately the quaint little cabin, near the quaint little town of Maple Falls was plastered with warnings and rules on every inch of wall space, and believe me, they mean what they say. Some examples: If you forget your keys... More

Our response to you would be similar to the response we offered your friend, Km0, who stayed in the same cabin on the same dates, except for the blatant exaggerations that you posted. We do not have signs posted on every square inch of wall space stating that you will be charged extra for all the things you listed. We... More

My sisters and I stayed in Cabin #23 at Snowline Chalets and were really disappointed with the management of this property. The property itself was fine, nice and cozy with a sauna, hot tub and pool table. A very comfortable cabin. However any enjoyment of our stay was definitely interrupted by Mt. Baker Lodging Inc. On arrival my sister and... More

We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience you experienced. Had we received a phone call about the incorrect information, we would have responded immediately. Again, we are sorry. We do our best to make sure there are no errors. Unfortunately, we failed you in this regard. As for the rest, you were charged additional cleaning because you, or someone in... More

We just spent a night up at the Snowline Condos in Glacier, WA and had a pretty good night in condo # 33. This is condo complex is a tidy little spot in Glacier that I've driven past several times but have never stayed. It's really the best, closest place to stay if your going to go skiing or snowboarding... More
