Steve was very unhelpful and unfriendly over the phone. I tried booking many rooms for my family over an entire weekend. I found out a few weeks before we were to arrive that Steve had given one of the rooms away. He was unapologetic. Half of my family ended up staying at the Mazama Country Inn next door.
