We couldn't get accommodations in Anacortes, so decided to stay in Mount Vernon. So glad that we did. This was an awesome motel. Nice, clean, great little outdoor pool area. Nice staff. Everywhere was clean, even the power strips behind the cabinet. Rooms a little dated such as limited and inconvenient outlets for chargers, but maintenance was very good. Older sliding doors to patio were drafty, however heavy curtains kept draft out.

For shopping in Mount Vernon this is a great location. An outstanding Front Desk Clerk who was so accomodating and friendly. Stayed at the Best Western College Way Inn on our way back from Sea-Tac Airport to Vancouver. Although it's an older property, they keep it clean and we had a good night's sleep.
