This is a beautiful place to stay a few nights, but they charge too much. Customer desk service is poor and not people friendly at all. Reservation system (online and desk) didn't show right value and didn't reflect current specials. More

Every early spring my friend of 35 yrs. and I meet at Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa and spend a week doing nothing but soaking, reading, eating, inbibing, and enjoying the ambiance of the resort. Everything is right there at the hotel with no need to go out. The rooms are immaculate, robes are big and warm so you... More

A beautiful place to stay a few nights. Water is outstanding with outside jacuzzi and a nice swimming pool, complemented by a nice restaurant. Good breakfast and deliciously well cooked dinner. Loved the grilled fresh salmon, with the selection of vine they have. More

they charge way too much for this place. i can get an oceanfront room in cannon beach, with a jacuzzi filled with fresh water, for 1/2 the price of a room at bonneville overlooking a parking lot. if they dropped the price of the rooms to 150 pn, i would stay all the time, and it would get a 5... My husband and I stopped into Bonneville Hot Springs the first week of November of 2011. We had been traveling for a while and were happy to get out of the car. The welcome we received was warm and sincere, and we were impressed with how comfortable and inviting the public spaces, with armchairs and riverstone fireplace were. We liked... More

I'm local (Portland) and have been going to this resort on and off since it was new. I've been to company functions, and taken friends and family. Mostly because of the location. I just read most of the reviews on this site and thought I'd chime in. First of all people should be aware when traveling to the gorge either... More

This place is WAY too expensive for what you get in return. The rooms are outdated. Some of the staff is nice, some are not. It feels old and somehow gets away with charging above market prices because of the alleged healing qualities of the mineral water. I took my gf there for a surprise for her 30th birthday. She... The claim of "European-style spa" is not met in my opinion: one little bare-bones sauna, one gym-style cool swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs (all swimsuit required). Breakfast was good, landscaping and decoration nice, location great. I recommend - but with the caveat that this is still very much an American resort. More

My first time although my wife has been here with her girlfriends before. The water in the Jacuzzi's are great. Pool water perfect. Bath and wrap. Not bad for the price. Rooms are just average. Free breakfast, disappointed on the lack of healthy options. This is a spa! Where are the healthy options. Ok, provided bath robe is ok but... More

A beautiful setting, fabulous lobby area and fireplace, the room was extremely comfortable, the grounds were always clean and the hot springs and spa were fantastic. The staff was gracious and welcoming at every turn - going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. If I had to find fault with one thing... More
