Do not stay at this hotel. The staff (Main Desk and Manager) were unprofessional. The hotel is in need of repair. Hotel smelled of bleach. This hotel is a real dump. I was surprised by how genuinely helpful the front desk staff were. They offered information and actively saw to my comfort instead of just answering questions. I stayed in the least expensive room, and everything was clean, comfortable, in good repair - above average touches with attractively folded washcloths, four comfy pillows, etc. The hotel is well-priced and conveniently located.... I don't know what Quality in you stayed at, but I strongly disagree with your review. I have stayed at this hotel many times and never encountered any of issues you stated. Just saying....... I always stay at the Quality Inn at Ocean Shores when visiting, never had a problem. friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Love it! More

Great location. Breakfast is free and very good. Newspaper at your door in the morning. Indoor heated pool with hot tub. Small miniature golf in center courtyard. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Desk person told me that rooms are being updated this winter. More
