Had we wanted fern bars and neon lights with a trio in the lounge covering the hair bands of the 80s, we'd have gone to Las Vegas; what we wanted was peace, quiet, and charming surroundings, and the Bishop and its staff did not disappoint. We have had a couple groups stay at the Bishop and the experiences have been just great. Starting with the friendly and helpful staff and a welcoming lobby - complete with a jigsaw puzzle in progress on the table by the window seat, fireplace and comfy furnishings....right on to the beautifully decorated rooms - every thing has been wonderful.
