In general, I'm a fan of Hampton Inn. They're consistently good, so you know what you get. This Hampton Inn, however, was better than usual. It had a beautiful view with walking trails around the hotel. It felt like a more expensive hotel. The staff was especially friendly. More

Great hotel. It was very clean. All employees were courteous. My only issue was the cream cheese wasn't cold at the free breakfast...but in the scheme of things who cares about cold cream cheese. I was glad I chose this hotel about the other in town. More

The options in Richland are limited if you want somewhere new and nice to stay. I have stayed here several times and have been pleased. It is expensive and htey do not allow negotiated corporate rates. It is full most of the time so they know they can charge wha they want. More

Nice business hotel, ideally located, very friendly staff as well at the reception as in the breakfast lounge. However...I really disliked the use of (one-way) plastic forks, knives, spoons, plates and cups.... not quiete environmental friendly and not in line with the status of the hotel itself. More
