We paid for long term parking (12 days in total). When we returned to pick up our truck, they lost the keys and when eventually found the keys, they could not find the truck. Almost an hour later they locate the truck which was boxed in by about 6 other vehicles. Next there was the fiasco of locating the keys... More

Excellent for the money, very clean and well kept up. Was pleasantly suprised after reading so many reviews. Shuttle was right on time to go to airport and quick to pick us up on return. Parking was good and car was ready at front when we returned. Everything went very smoothly. I would stay again! More

people working there were nice. young guy overseeing breakfast and early morning requests extra helpful. furniture in room was so old and shabby and dirty that i didn't sit on any of it. went to bed with my day clothes on as i didn't want to come in contact with blanket or bedspread. bathroom was clean however. The people were nice enough. But the shuttle took forever. The service was slow. Mostly, though, the place is seedy. Cheap mattress. The TV remote was broken. The wi-fi signal was weak. The continental breakfast was pathetic. More
