Okay, let me start with the fact that I feel *really* sorry for the new manager. When I talked to him at check-in, he mentioned he had just moved there last week. He was really nice and helpful but you can tell he knows he's got his hands full!
We reserved this place 'blind' online while on the road. We...

Dirty, poorly maintained, worthless front desk staff. If you book one of their jacuzzi rooms make sure you ask that they clean out the last guest's pubic hairs first.

We stayed here in August 2011. The grounds are not cared for and the front desk staff is the worst. Our room was clean and well cared for however. The pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom. The pool room was never cleaned in the three days we were there. The staff throws garbage out the back door...

Hello JM T:
I sincerely apologize for experience you had at the hotel in September of 2011. The hotel had different owners at the time and I wish you didn't have to go through that. We as new owners of this hotel are working day in and day out to ensure that what you had to put up with will...

We stayed here for four nights while touring the area. The hotel itself is very good, clean and up to date. The housekeeping staff is great. The room we stayed in was larger and more roomy than a typical chain hotel room. The outside would fool you though as it looks unmaintained and ther is a very steep hill to...

Very disappointed with our stay. Upon walking into the lobby it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and even more so in the stairwell and in our room which was a nonsmoking. We were moved to another room that was odor free. ( upon moving us the desk clerk said she had the same problem with the room the week before...

From the outside this looks like a horrible place. The grounds I don't think are mowed at all, but I didn't care too much about that. The staff was very friendly and even told us how to get to the near by dog park (which is worth the walk). The room had 2 queen beds, small fridge and microwave. The...

We paid $128 + a $15 pet surcharge (which was not disclosed nor advertised). The pics looked nice but...
1) Rooms were dusty and blankets had burn holes. The carpet was stained and really old. The windows had a gross film on them and had not been cleaned in years.
2) No ice buckets and the staff shrugged it off...

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. There are several chooses of hotels in Sequim and this should not be one of yours. Our room was decrepit, showing it's age in a not so fashionable way. Your blankets had burn holes in them, the paint is peeling of the walls in the bathroom, the shower made a noise...

The exterior is seedy, the rooms small and gloomy, the pool unheated, the pillows flat, the decor old, the soundproofing between rooms is non existent, the hotel staff is indifferent, and the price for all this is too much. Ugh!
