The front desk and reservation staff were tremendously helpful and flexible when booking our initial reservation and in helping us rebook when our travel plans were interrupted. They quickly answered both our email and phone calls, and put us in contact with the manager on his day off, who quickly responded to us. We were very impressed with how friendly...

Great things: It was the only thing AVAILABLE, so I am thankful that they are there.
The room was very clean, carpet looked new.
What I appreciated most about our stay was the consistent comfortable temperature of the room the whole time (one night) without any loud heaters going on and off. Also the SHOWER was amazing. Tons of pressure...

First off, we were double booked (found out 2 days later when we were charged twice on top of service fees) so yes, they lost our reservation from 2 months ago. secondly, manager was very rude and had to call our room 3 times to make sure he was going to get a credit card, after the card was ALREADY...

Disappointing is an understatement. This stay was booked as a Christmas gift and I wish I'd taken the reviews here more seriously.
Our room, the biggest and best suite by their standards, took hours to heat to a comfortable temperature (but you cannot check in until 5 pm!); their fix was a manager that brought an extra portable heater to...

In spite of some terrible reviews, we decided to give this property a try since our kids were staying in a nearby cabin. I don't know what all of the fuss is about! The price is a little high ($119 for king), but there are many choices around, so the old "supply and demand" adage holds true.
Lobby was clean...

The rooms were not very fancy but very comfortable and there is a beautiful sight of the snow and the magestic mountains. A comfortable stay that never keeps you away from the fun with the sno park and the sledding hill just down the street and with the huge ski resort across. The pancake house is a wonderful place to...

The rooms were comfortble, clean, and the staff was polite and service excellent. I would recomend it to others. The ski resorts were directly across the street. Very convient. The korean lady at front desk was very nice. Aloha from Hawaii.

I could not guess why there are poor reviews of the Summit Inn. We had a good experience 01/06/2012. The price for a room with two queen beds was $119.00, plus I received a military discount. The room was not exactly newly appointed, but it was nice, clean and everything worked (we stayed in the winter so no complaint poor...

I , my wife and 4 grandsons ( two 6 year olds , one 9 year old , one 12 year old ) . We were there from 22 Dec 2011 to 24 Dec 2011 . We wanted to do sledding at Exit 54 . Which is right down the street . The lodge and connecting eatery is both helpful...
