Nice hotel, friendly staff just don't go near the hot tub very gross with scum floating all around. Even smelled bad. The breakfast bar was great, the rooms were goo, a little musty. Overall a nice hotel

The hotel was what I expected from embassy suites. Clean, comfortable and safe. One thing that I could not do without is The free 24 hr shuttle service to and from The Seattle airport . This is a good place to stay I would recommend this hotel.

Although they have a shuttle, don't bother calling for it if you are traveling alone. They will tell you to take a cab, short fares upset cab drivers, then they will reimburse. Rest of the experience was slightly above average.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have never been disappointed. The main reason I stay here is that I know what I am getting. The front desk is very friendly and professional. I had a small problem in my suite but that was taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would always recommend this hotel.
