We had a great time in Seattle with the help of two of the staff Becy and Cody. The gave us great help with how to get around the city and shuttle service to area shopping and transportation. Their warm and friendly conversation and on time departures made our stay worry free.

Very nice hotel, clean lobby and rooms-breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and professional. A bit pricey but was worth the convenience of being shuttled to the dock for our cruise departure, and then after the cruise, being picked up and taken to the airport.

Stayed here to avoid the high priced Seattle hotels and were very pleased. Only about 20 minutes from Pike Market and Centurylink field. Close to the freeway but did not have any traffic noise. Great value.

Overall, disappointing. Could hear the neighbors in their rooms and people in the hallway. Hot tub was lukewarm and dirty. Staff seemed as if it was a bother to check us in. Housekeeping was great, bed was dependably comfortable. Breakfast was passable. Will not be my first option going forward for my monthly trips to Seattle area.
