The Hotel is clean, the front desk folks are friendly and helpful, the bed is confortable, the room is large enough, the location is convenient, but the handicapped room is weird. We stayed in the handicapped room. First complaint ... the handicapped room is all the way down at the end of the hall. Pushing a wheelchair? Having trouble walking?... More

This is a good value for the money. It's not deluxe but it's really ok. The hall carpets look bad and the room looked very ordinary BUT the bed was very comfortable, the furnishings are new, it had a flat screen tv, the window opened, the breakfast buffet was convenient, and the heating/cooling unit was pretty quiet. Just fine if... More

Stayed at this hotel April 13-15 2012. The rooms are outdated and the particular room we were in had a hole in the bathroom door, the bathroom was so small you couldn't hardly move around in it. The pool/spa was very over-chlorinated and the price for this particular hotel was a bit much at a cost of $130.00 a night... More

Hi Lita L......I apologize that you did not have a good guest experience during your stay. The hotel guest rooms were just renovated 2 years ago, I am sorry you thought they were outdated. Maintance was aware that there was a hole in the door, he had not had time to repair it before the room was reserved. Again, I... More

Stayed at the Comfort Inn downtown Wenatchee for two nights. Check in was smooth and friendly as was the check-out. The hallways are a bit threadbear but the room was very good. It was very clean and had been updated. The room was quiet at night. The in-house hot breakfast was OK. All the usual hotel favorites, waffles, biscuts and... More

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY HERE!! My husband and I rushed to Wenatchee, last minute, for a family emergency. We stayed here because it’s pet friendly and inexpensive. I booked the reservation online and even called the 1-800 number on their website to make sure that they did, in fact, allow pets. We made the 3 ½... More

My husband and I were looking for an affordable place to stay for one night for a snowboarding trip to Mission Ridge. This place fit our needs. Our room was nice and clean, and we were surprised to find how spacious our room was, (which was perfect to store all our snowboarding gear.) The woman who checked us in was... More

Hi Victoria Clipper.....Thank you for your comments, I am glad to know that you enjoyed your stay and that the rooms were spacious enough for your snowbarding gear. Our fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are very "yummy" and proabably tasted fabulous after a day of snowboarding at Mission Ridge. We hope to see you the next time you are in... More

Stayed here Monday night, March 19th, after skiing at Mission Ridge. I picked it based on the reviews of others and the attractive room rates. Spot on (other than the pool and hot tub being closed for the day for chlorine treatment - my back was looking forward to the hot tub!). Wenatchee has quite a few hotels, which must... More

Friendly staff, efficient front desk and clean. A small misunderstanding was resolved by the manager in a courteous and timely manner. Conveniently located near several services and restaurants; this is where I stay when I work in that area and will continue to be so. More

Not the fanciest place in town, but its a good value for what you pay. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and makes cookies for guests every evening. There's a small pool, jacuzzi, and workout room. The rooms are large, and there's a good selection for breakfast. The beds are very firm, but otherwise, very happy with this place. More
