Yes, staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel didn't live up to the on-line reputation. The corridors were stained, and the hotel had a very tired look. Staff was great (notably Clemencia!) and the room was comfortable. All rooms (at least 2nd floor and above) have a terrific view of the river just a few feet away and there is a terrific walking/bike trail to use.
