I stayed at this hotel on May 23, 2012 with my husband and 5 year old. On our very frist impression it was not a good one. Upon check-in, the employees at the front desk seem totally disinterested and bothered that we disturbed their conversation. Needless to say we did not feel welcomed. Our room consisted of 2 queen beds,... More

We were aiming for a place a little further south but tiredness set in and we opted for this establishment. Good move!! The reception people were great, the room was clean and comfortable and the in-house restaurant was a great place to eat. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. More

We stayed at this Best Western in early December, 2011. Due to a family emergency, we were traveling, driving as far as we could safely, so had made no reservations. We chose this property because of its convenience and location. Although an older hotel, with some degree of "wear," it was scrupulously clean. Yes, it was a long walk to... More

This is another one of those former 1970s styled 2 level Holiday Inns that were dumped for another brand. Typical long corridors around a courtyard, outdoor pool, and a full service restaurant and lounge. Pros: Friendly restaurant staff. Room service is still offered at a very reasonable price. Rooms were fairly clean and the a/c/heat worked well and was quiet.... More

I live in Niagara Falls, Canada and this is the Halfway mark when I travel to North Carolina a few time a year. I just enjoyed my 4th stay there this past Monday, and once again it did not disappoint. The staff there are very welcoming and accommodation, especially David. I have dealt with him both times on this trip... More

Stayed here when I just couldn't make it the couple of hours to get to Pittsburgh. We were on our way back from New Orleans and were just looking for a place to put our weary heads. Great staff and very clean. Nice stay and inexpensive. More

My husband & I stayed here to celebrate our 15th Anniversay, we stayed in Rm. 128 which was a room w/ a jacuzzi in it and it was FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room was everything you would expect in a "home away from home", clean, clean, clean!!! The restaurant was wonderful and we capped off the night with drinks in the lounge... More

Stayed in this hotel along with several other boys basketball teams from all over the country for an NCAA live showcase held through University of West Va. While the hotel was satisfactory in terms of location, comfort and cleanliness the customer service left much to be desired. I understand that the hotel was fully booked for the period of the... I was passing through Bridgeport and needed a place to crash for the night and the Best Western was there. The room was beyond what I was expecting and extremely quiet (concidering it is located off the interstate and a class reunion was being held during my stay). I'd stay here again for sure. More
