The Waterfront Place hotel sits on the Monongahela River in the newer Waterfront District of Morgantown. A short drive from the main campus of WVU, it has a very good restaurant, lounge, fitness center and indoor pool. There are also private residences on the upper floors. More

I have stayed here many times on business trips over the past 16 months, and it has proven to be consistently good. The front desk staff are cheerful, courteous, and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are good. More

Front desk was a little out of sorts and our reservations were not executed correctly BUT the night Manager Dan deserves 6 stars as he stepped in and corrected situation and more than made up for the error. Also had dinner at hotel restaurant which was pricey but WELL WORTH the amount, excellent! More

The hotel was great. Would stay again. Only down side is no point rewards but they accomidated the basketball teams better than other hotels we have stayed at for tournements. More
