There was a minor problem with the TV and morning breafast pancake making machine but we were given a discount on the room which was appreciatted. We did not have to ask for the refund, it was given to us when we mentioned the problem.

Everything about our stay at this Best Western was average and acceptable for an overnight stay except the poor condition of the bed. We enjoyed the motel in the mountains. Everything was very enjoyable.. Our son is handicapped and we requested a room on the ground level and it happened. There was snow in the area as storm Sandy had shown it,s presence before we arrived. Thank you very much.

We just have used it for an overnight stopover. It is a nice, clean and quiet place to stay. It does advertise free wi-fi but we found that only worked in the lobby and not the room. However, a complimentary breakfast is served and parking is free. Honest and dedicated people.Yes I would recommend it to my friend. Thanks.
