This is a clean property that is perfect for an extended family stay. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. We appreciated the convenient location and the extra space in suites. Not fancy but very comfortable. By far the biggest asset is the staff.

I moved here from the Courtyard based on price and the fitness room...my room needs a contractor...not worth it! Lobby is nice but hotel stunk like Curry. I will stay my days because I have stayed in worse but I have stayed at this brand before with satisfaction.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great, quiet location and close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, an dining. The rooms are a little dated but very clean! You cannot beat the friendly staff as well.

It's true it's not a full service hotel and the building I was in was detached from the lobby and main building. Yet, it was very comfortable and nice. Big enough lounge room to relax and watch TV, do some work at the table. Full kitchen available though I didn't use it.

I stayed at the TownePlace Suites while in town for a job interview. Naturally, planning and preparing for an interview can be stressful. I needed to use the business center on site, and all went well. The hotel had everything I needed to prepare, and when I left for my interview, I felt rested and refreshed.

This is the best extended stay hotel that I have stayed in while in The Waukesha/Brookfield Area. This place is a bit more expensive than other extended stay hotels but it is definatley worth it. No service.. basicly a grab and go counter in loby which is nice if your in a hurry... Small rooms.. asked for a cot and they had none. Then the restrooms werent cleanly... 2 ply toilet paper..... Id rather stay at a best western...
