The room could have been cleaner. The refrigerator for my medicine didn't arrive, after repeated requests, for 3 days. When it did, it was growing a science experiment. The front staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The hotel has been under "renovation" for 2 years.

Very pleasant helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is AWESOME!!!! The hotel was centrally located and the room were clean. It's a great value. I would stay at Hilton again and inform my family and friends to do the same.

Not sure if Hilton would put their name-badge on this hotel if it were going through the process currently. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of an overhaul. This is a very old hotel that need to be upgraded to be lined up with the other Hilton hotels. The hotel is located near the Milwaukee river and the restaurant/bar have a beautiful view over the river.
