I must say that the rooms were phenomenal, very nice, comfortable, and spacious, furthermore the staff was the nicest I have come across in a long time...starting with Rosie at the front desk, Renate the head house keeper and finally Steve the General manager ... We stayed 2 nights at the Americinn & were impressed at how quiet the rooms were. The hotel was clean, had a nice variety for breakfast and is within walking distance to shops & downtown Minoqua. The only downside is no elevators. We would definitely stay here again. More

We've been coming here for years, and found it as comfortable as in the past. They're starting to get a little too popular though - as it can be difficult to find a place to park at times. :) More

This motel is located in a great spot in town - across street from beautiful park and beach too. The rooms need seriously updating and renovations... very dated, but clean. The property needs to be spruced up some. But for a good nights rest - it is not bad. More
